A finance department you don't have to hire. And the bankers to go with it.
We keep the books, the filings and the governance of owner-run Singapore companies in order — and when those companies need capital, we take the case to the banks ourselves. Two decades of banking experience, sitting on your side of the table.
Most clients arrive needing one facility. They stay because the same team keeps the filings, books and governance in a state where the next one is easier to get.
The unglamorous half is the half that matters.
A bank does not lend to a story. It lends to filings, ratios and a clean set of accounts. Most of what we do is making sure those exist long before anyone needs them to.
Business management
Incorporation, company secretarial, bookkeeping, GST and tax filing, payables and written SOPs. The back office of a much larger company, run for the price of a part-time hire.

Financing
When capital is needed, we read the file the way a credit officer will, fix what is fixable, then take it to the lenders whose appetite actually fits. You deal with one person throughout.
- Structuring
- Lender matching
- Credit Bureau review
- Submission
We do not sell loans. We decide which one you should be asking for.
Six kinds of facility, and the judgement to tell you which fits your cash cycle — including the times when the honest answer is none of them.
Business term & overdraft
For expansion, hiring, or a shortfall you can already see coming. A standing line often costs less than the term loan people ask for first.
Trade finance
For importers and distributors who need goods to move before the buyer has paid. Letters of credit and trust receipts.
Working capital
Sized against contracts already won rather than optimism. Invoice and sales-order financing, kept off the balance sheet.
Machinery, vehicle & vessel
Hire purchase, so the asset earns while the cash stays in the business. The lender holds title until settlement.
Property & renovation
Commercial purchase, refinancing onto a better rate, bridging between deals, or fitting out new premises.
Debt Repayment Scheme
A court-administered alternative to bankruptcy for individuals. We assess eligibility quietly and refer where appropriate — no record of the conversation on your file.
Want to see the numbers before you speak to anyone? Our lending tools price each facility in about a minute.
Open the loan tools →We start by reading, not by selling.
We read the file
Accounts, filings and your Credit Bureau Singapore record, reviewed with you. You will hear plainly what a lender sees when they open it — including the parts you would rather they did not.
We fix, then ask
Where something is fixable in a quarter, we fix it first. Then the case goes to the lenders whose appetite matches it — not to all of them at once, which is how files get quietly blacklisted.
We stay
Through drawdown, and after it. If the books are ours to keep, the next facility is a conversation rather than a fresh application.
Published prices, so you can plan.
Corporate services quoted openly. Accounting scales with your turnover; everything else is a flat fee. No packages you have to call to price.
Request a full scheduleNamed with permission. Most of our work is not.
“They understood our industry before we finished explaining it, and structured the facility around our cash cycle rather than a template.”
“Expert market analysis and a strategy we could act on. Growth and profit followed.”
“Tailored advice for problems that were genuinely ours. Efficiency improved, and so did the bottom line.”
Start with a conversation, not a form.
Tell us what the company does and where it is stuck. One meeting is usually enough for us to say whether we are the right firm — and if we are not, we will say so.
